Our hot spring in Myouban Onsen is a special & unique quality. We have 2 types quality , simple type & sulfer type hot spring. Each water has a carbon dioxide gas a little, so It has the effect to spread the capillaries , lower blood pressure.

別府明礬温泉の名湯「湯屋えびす」の湯は、「硫黄泉」と「単純泉」のふたつの泉質を持ちます。独特な匂いと白濁色の湯が特徴の「硫黄泉」は、お肌の角質や汚れを適度に落とすピーリング効果が、無色透明な弱アルカリ性の「単純泉」は、保湿成分を含む美肌効果があります。 硫黄泉の後に単純泉に入ると美肌効果が増します。これを「機能浴」といいおすすめの温泉の入り方で、湯屋えびすではこの機能浴をここだけで行うことができるすぐれた温泉です。

Our hot spring is a combination of sulfur water and fresh spring water. The milky water with the unique aroma of sulfur is effective to exfoliate dead skin cells and stains. The mild alkaline clear spring water helps your skin retain moisture. You’ll get a higher effect to your skin by taking the simple spring after the sulfur spring. This is called “functional bathing” which we recommend and Yuya Ebisu is one of the best bathhouses where you can take this functional bathing at one time.
